JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE

Line Manager: Financial Controller of Ticketmaster Hellas S.A.

Contract Terms: 6 Months Contract 20 hours per week

THE TEAM

The role will report to Financial Controller of Ticketmaster Sports a proud division of Live Nation Entertainment with more than 40 years of experience is the worlds leading live event ticketing company selling over 465 million tickets each year in over 29 countries worldwide.

THE JOB

The successful candidate will support the accounting and finance team on a parttime basis 20 hours/week) by assisting with invoice processing expense recording and financial document management. They will also help with basic accounting tasks and administrative duties as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Processing and managing invoices (income & expenses).
• Maintaining accurate and uptodate financial records.
• Assisting with daily accounting tasks.
• Supporting reconciliation processes and financial document archiving.
• Administration tasks related to the duties of the position as required

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS)

• Graduate in Accounting Finance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
