In this Senior Consultant role you will:
- Direct the development of the Deposits Customer Engagement Strategy and annual plan across Marketing.
- Distil business challenges into Marketing opportunities and lead the strategic direction of program design.
- Lead the allocation of overall budget allocation within accountable portfolios (in conjunction with Head of and Domain partners).
- Manage stakeholder and Marketing prioritisation expectations.
- Lead the annual and 90day strategic planning across accountable portfolios including value chain endorsement
What you will bring:
- Proven and extensive strategic marketing experience particularly in customer engagement and preferably from financial services.
- Demonstrated experience in endtoend delivery of personalised communications and below the line campaigns.
- Senior stakeholder management experience and the ability to influence outcomes and delivery.
- Experience with complex data systems and Marketing tech stacks.
- A forwardthinking mindset with a strong understanding of customer life cycle management.
