Staff Nurse RGN
Hours: Day Shifts 36 hours per week
Hourly Rate: 20.90
Our client a beautiful nursing home is currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join their team for day shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about delivering highquality care to elderly residents with a focus on their physical emotional and social wellbeing.
What Were Looking For:
- Registered General Nurse (Adult) qualification with active NMC registration
- Previous experience in elderly care with an understanding of the unique needs of older adults
- Skilled in drafting comprehensive care plans risk assessments and dietary plans
- Sound knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks including MCA and DoLS
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care including administering medication conducting assessments and implementing personalised care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and maintain individual care plans including risk assessments and diet plans
- Maintain accurate detailed records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with residents families and the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to care
- Stay informed on current clinical best practices and relevant regulatory frameworks
