The Opportunity
Volkswagen Moncton has an opening for a Shop Foreman/woman.
This is a fulltime permanent position working Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities:
- Support our team of technicians to ensure toplevel performance and quality of work
- Dispatch work efficiently and monitor workflow for maximum productivity
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and assist technicians when needed
- Ensure compliance with Volkswagen standards warranty procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborate with our Service Advisors to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Red Seal Certified Automotive Technician (Volkswagen or European experience is a strong asset)
- Proven leadership experience in a shop or dealership environment
- Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills
- A passion for mentoring and developing others
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on quality efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Must have a valid drivers licenses and clean drivers abstract
