Job Description
Essential Job Qualifications:
- Must be detail oriented with exceptional organization skills.
- Must have demonstrated leadership skills
- Must have the ability to formulate solutions and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills building effective crossfunction partnerships
- Must be able to navigate in a windows based computer environment
- Experience with Microsoft office including Outlook Excel and Word
- Must be an effective trainer
- Must have analytical thinking abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous material handling experience
- Demonstrated ability to track inventory movement through SAP
- Demonstrated ability to track inventory through WMIS
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Reconciliation of Stock Status
- Maintains inventory data integrity and tracks accuracy of inventory
- Research root causes of all inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Challenge the status quo by developing and recommending modifications to existing processes and methodologies with a constant focus on continuous improvement
- Recommend and develop strategies and processes related to inventory management
- Complete observation forms for accounting variances >$500
- Trainer
- Orange Belt/PDCA/Kaizen projects
- Must be able to collect and analyze data for root cause analysis
