Your Mission
We are seeking aSenior FullStack Software Engineer (m/f/d)to join our talented team. Your work will play a crucial role in building RobCo into Europes leading company for automation solutions in the SMB sector.
With over 50 million in funding from renowned VCs such as Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed as well as the founders of UiPath Helsing Pitch and other companies we are wellpositioned to bring our vision to life.
In this role you will play a key role indesigning developing and deploying software that powers our robotic systems. Youll work closely with crossfunctional teams including hardware engineers control system experts and product managers to build robust scalable and userfriendly solutions.
Your experience in developing and shipping software in the robotics industry will be instrumental in driving the success of our product.

Responsibilities:
- Full Stack Development:
- Design develop and maintain web and application interfaces for our robotics systems.
- Build scalable backend architectures and with many clients.
- Embedded and Robotics Software Development:
- Develop and integrate software components for realtime control navigation and sensor processing.
- Collaborate with the hardware team to ensure tight integration between software and hardware components.
- EndtoEnd Software Delivery:
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure highquality code through rigorous testing including unit integration and systemlevel tests.
- Collaboration and Leadership:
- Mentor junior developers share technical expertise and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Work with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Your Profile
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Robotics or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in full stack development with a significant focus on robotics and hardware systems.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C.
- Experience with frontend frameworks like and technology like HTML5/CSS3/Typescript.
- Familiarity with robotics frameworks like ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Proficient with CI/CD pipelines version control (Git) and containerization tools like Docker.
- Proficient with UNIXbased systems and working within the terminal.
- Ability to write and execute end to end frontend and backend tests.
- Domain Knowledge:
- Experience working with robotics hardware sensors and actuators.
- Understanding of machine learning computer vision or control algorithms is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
