Job Description
Are you a fastmoving versatile designer with longer experience from inhouse agencies or marketing departments We are now looking for a creative designer to join Adapteo Group Communications team and take an important role on our exciting growth journey and be a part of our mission to help society thrive in an everchanging world.
To bring our communications to new levels and ensure outstanding quality we are looking for a Designer/Final art to join the team. In this role you will be central in developing our brand and communication assets needed to level up Adapteos presence in our European markets.
Your responsibilities
Our department is on the group level at Adapteo so we are a support function for all our markets. Our job is to make sure all our communications look sound and feel consistent and onbrand no matter what. We are in the process of rolling out our newly upgraded brand platform so you will play a key role in developing and implementing the brand in all our channels and essentially bring the new Adapteo brand out into the world.
In practice this means that you will work with:
- Longterm brand asset development: Develop and design brand assets in line with creative direction and brand platform ranging from digital to printed assets.
- Ongoing digital content creation: Develop content assets for our digital channels and websites and here we need someone who can edit video create simple animations and design graphics. Our designer needs to have an eye and sense for bringing our messaging to life that is in line with our brand.
- Marketing & Sales assets: Develop templates or assets for sales department possible to localize and adapt to national needs.
- Brand guidelines: As an ongoing task we need to constantly develop clear and comprehensive guidelines to ensure our markets know how to move ahead with their communications. Our brand guidelines are also always under development and need to be updated as we go.
- Production: Develop design and deliver heavier productions such as reports brochures etc ensuring quality and brand alignment no matter what. We need someone whose skills span from creative to well organized in order to ensure our markets always get high quality deliveries from us at Group.
As a Designer at Adapteo you will report to the Chief Brand & Communications Officer and be a part of the Group Brand and Communications function. You will be based at our headquarters in Solna and collaboration with the local Business Units and other group functions will be essential. Our operations span across nine countries in Northern Europe so some travel may be involved.
