What youll do:
Manage overall branch operations to ensure safety productivity customer service and profitability
Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives
Prepare reports including profit and loss statements monthly operating reviews yearly budgets and other reports detailing operational status
Manage personnel matters
Oversee all safety matters including audits safety training OSHA compliance DOT regulations and drug and alcohol testing
Other duties assigned as needed
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree Preferred
Minimum 5 years of successful business management experience with profit and loss responsibility at a branch or other individual profit center
An understanding of business accounting principles and budget preparation
Strong sales and customer service experience required outside sales experience preferred
Effective leadership motivational organizational and communication skills
Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office
Knowledge and experience in the equipment rental industry preferred
Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
This position is deemed Safety Sensitive for purposes of United Rentals policies and procedures.

Grer lensemble des activits de la succursale afin de garantir la scurit la productivit et la rentabilit de celleci ainsi quun bon service la clientle
Superviser les efforts de ventes et les initiatives commerciales
Rdiger et prsenter des rapports y compris des tats des rsultats des valuations mensuelles des procds des budgets annuels et dautres rapports dtaillant la situation oprationnelle
Grer les questions de votre quipe.
Superviser toutes les questions relatives la scurit dont les audits les formations de scurit la conformit avec les rgles en vigueur les rglements du transport et les tests de dpistage de drogue ou dalcool
Raliser les autres tches demandes en fonction des besoins.
Exigences du poste:
Un baccalaurat est un atout
Au moins cinq ans dexprience concluante en gestion dentreprise avec responsabilit des rsultats dans une succursale ou dans un autre centre de profit individuel
Une comprhension des principes de la comptabilit commerciale et de la prparation de budgets
Une exprience solide en vente et en service la clientle est requise de prfrence en vente externe.
Des aptitudes efficaces en matire de leadership de motivation dorganisation et de communication
Dexcellentes comptences en informatique et de lexprience avec Microsoft Office
Des connaissances et de lexprience dans le domaine de la location dquipements sont un atout
Un permis de conduire valide assorti dun dossier de conduite acceptable.
