Exciting Womens Health Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in the Beautiful Pacific Northwest
Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Womens Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join our team at MaternalFetal Medicine Specialists of Puget Sound part of Pediatrix Medical Group. This role will be based at Providence Everett Medical Center but also rotate though our affiliated sites include our flagship hospital Swedish Medical Center First Hill and Issaquah MFM Clinic.
Responsibilities include:
- Providefull obstetric careincludingprenatal and postpartum carefor complex pregnancies.
- Manage patients referred forhypertension diabetes medical complications fetal anomalies and other complications.
- Conducttriage visits wound care routine visits and followup consultations.
- Cover satellite practices in Everett and Issaquah ensuringpatient continuity followup consultations referral triage and antenatal testing.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team includingOb/Gyn residency program family practice residency OB fellowship program and 24/7 OB Hospitalists.
- 1:5 weekend daytime inpatient rounding and lab duties.
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
- Strong background inOB carewith an interest inhighrisk and critical care.
- Experience withprenatal diagnosis interpretation of ultrasound reports and managingcomplicated pregnanciesis a plus.

Qualifications
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)with a focus on Womens Health.
- Board Certificationas a WHNP preferred;Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)may be considered.
- Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN).
- WA State Licensure (active or in process)andPrescriptive Authority.
Benefits and Compensation
Pay Range (Base Pay): $125000$155000
Other Types of Pay:
Regular fulltime is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Regular fulltime team members are eligible for the following:

NOTE: Team members at least 21 years old and are active fulltime or parttime employee are eligible to participate in our 401(k) Plan at the time of hire. Team members who meet the plans minimum age requirement can enroll in the plan at any time and contributions will begin as soon as administratively possible.
Team Members are eligible to begin participating in the ESPP if they have been employed by Pediatrix for two consecutive months prior to the start of each calendar quarterly offering period and are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for five consecutive months during the year.
Paid Holidays: The Company observes the following Holidays: New Years Day; Memorial Day; Juneteenth; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Friday after Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Eve; Christmas Day; and 1 Floating Holiday.
NOTE: The paid holidays above are offered to regular fulltime team members upon employment. Fulltime team members who work fewer than 40 hours per week will receive holiday pay on a prorated basis.
Paid Sick Leave:
Eligible fulltime team members will receive a lumpsum grant of 70 hours or eight days whichever is more beneficial to the team member of paid sick leave each year on January 1. A newly hired fulltime team member will receive a prorated lumpsum grant after working for 90 days. A lumpsum grant will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long as the team member remains eligible. Unused sick leave granted under this policy does not carry over from one year to the following year.
NOTE: The Company will not pay team members for unused sick leave upon termination of employment.
