Job Description

We are seeking Interns to join our team at our plant located in Pueblo Colorado for the Summer of 2025. These individuals will learn how to operate in a mill setting and interact with plant personnel as well as external suppliers and contractors. Interns will be placed in our Operational and/or our Maintenance departments.
- Must passionately follow health and safety practices
- Maintain analyze and draft reports related to data and performance
- Interact with all levels of personnel and communicate professionally in written and verbal form
- Maintain good attendance and perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Electrical Civil or Water Engineering
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft Suite and Power BI
- Experience in manufacturing preferred
- Ability to organize and motivate teams for safe highquality results and maximum productivity preferred
- Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment which will include inside and outside environmental conditions
Term
- MayAugust 2025 following the commencement of the Spring Semester
Compensation
- Undergraduate experience $22.55 $24.72 per hour
- Graduate experience $25.41 $26.17 per hour
