Job Description
Title: Licensed Practical Nurse 1099
Pay rate:$45.00 hr/1099
Shift hours : 06:00PM to 06:00AM (Sat and Sun) and 06:00PM to 06:00AM
or 02:00PM to 02:00AM (Any 1 weekday)

Job Description:
Record a patients medical history accurately.
Take and record measurements of blood pressure temperature heart rate etc.
Observe patients under treatment to identify progress sideeffects of medications etc.
Monitor patients condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts.
Assist ailing patients in daily necessary activities such as eating bathing etc.
Administer injections prescribed medications enemas etc. clean and dress wounds and assist with other basic medical
care tasks.
Collect samples for lab testing as assigned.
Provide emotional and psychological support when needed.
Communicate with patients family or friends to provide advice comfort and release instructions.
License and Certification:
Active LPN License for the state of Montana.
BLS Card
Covid Card
Remarks:
This position is every weekend 12hour night shift Sat and Sun with either evenings or nights shifts during the week.
This position requires 36 hours a week. The facility is looking for a nurse with long term care experience or least
experience with dementia care.
This position would start the end of April/first part of May for 13 weeks.
