The Job:
As a Senior Graphic Designer youll be part of our Studio Team working as a hybrid employee. The primary focus of this position is to concept sellin and execute graphics to support new product launches and brand intiaitives for our global brands across print and digital marketing touchpoints ensuring an onbrand cohesive customer experience. The right candidate will be a selfstarter who is able to take the initiative and manage projects working with Brand Strategists and other inhouse creatives to bring bestinclass creative concepts to life. Youll get to:

• Collaborating with art directors and brand strategists to develop engaging visuals and graphics content for various platforms
• Concepting and executing: Ecommerce graphics social media graphics digital ads email graphics instore displays and merchandising for retailers packaging templates event and tradeshow graphics and traditional print sales collateral
• Ensuring all necessary information is provided before starting a project
• Maintaining consistent representation of our brands in the market
• Establishing and maintaining various graphics templates and visual guidelines for our brands
• Collaborating with crossfunctional creative teams (copywriters digital vizualizers photographers)
• Organizing and maintaining graphic assets and artwork files
• Work alongside other internal graphic design teams on select projects to provide project oversight art direction and feedback
• Interpret creative briefs to create customerfocused positioning and creative
• Use brand guidelines to design brand accurate marketing materials

The Person:

• 4year degree or equivalent experience
• 4 years work experience with an inhouse marketing team or advertising agency
• Proficiency in all applicable MAC software (Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign; MS Office)
• Must have an eye for color detail typography and composition
• Strong conceptual and creative thinker with the ability to generate big ideas
• 360 thinker with consumer touchpoint awareness online social media and instore
• Experience with preparing graphics for print / prepressing artwork
• Experience with social media content creation (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn)
• Experience with digital advertisement and ECommerce graphic design
• Portfolio with relevant work experience and examples required
• Experience managing and tracking tasks in Workfront a plus
• Experience with motion graphics / light animation skills is a plus

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. A signon payment may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position offered.
