Alutiiq Career Ventures LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq LLC has a future opportunity for aRole Player Schedulersupporting the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Artesia NM. FLETC oror the Facility is host to approximately 88 participating agencies/bureaus and responsible for providing certain core instructional law enforcement programs as well as a variety of support services. FLETC has onfacility housing for approximately 1800 students and occasionally houses additional students off facility in local motel/hotels. The Facility and participating agencies have a staff of approximately 500.

Primary Location of work: FLETC is located at the corner of 1300 West Richey Avenue at approximately the northwest corner of the City of Artesia New Mexico. The city is located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 285 and 82.

This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. If the contract is awarded another position posting will be available on the Company Careers portal.

  • In charge of ensuring role players are at the correct location and on time for scenarios
  • Assist with getting role players to locations as needed
  • Recruit hire discipline and terminate roleplaying employees with the concurrence of Role Player Supervisor
  • Orient and train new role players with little to no supervision
  • Verify that role players are performing realistically as required by the character portrayed.
  • Schedule role players and coordinate with the Government Course Managers on time and place.
  • Supervising up to 150 Role Players per day

Payrate:$40000 to $50000 Annually



Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Pursuant to the Government Contract you must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Have a valid stateissued drivers license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Be able to complete and pass a background check through the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and drug screening.
  • Be able to complete all required training.
  • Have verifiable skills related to customer service administration multitasking record keeping and scheduling.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills that foster teamwork and promote safety.
  • Computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and policies and procedure manuals. Ability to complete routine logs reports and correspondence.
  • Must be organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage schedules timekeeping records and payroll records.
