At Elekta we dont just build medical technology we pioneer innovations that save lives. Were on the lookout for a sharp strategic and collaborative Senior Pricing Manager to take our global pricing operations to the next level.
In this role youll be an active part of commercial decisionmaking ensuring complex and strategic deals are priced competitively profitably and in alignment with our global objectives. Your insights will directly influence revenue growth and financial outcomes.
What Youll Do
Strategic Deal Pricing: Evaluate and approve pricing proposals for complex and strategic deals. Strike the right balance between customer needs competitive market dynamics and Elektas profitability goals.
Profitability Analysis: Drive optimization of how Elekta evaluates and scores the overall profitability of deals.
Pricing Governance: Drive standardization and compliance in pricing governance ensuring objective and sound decisionmaking.
Tools & Process Development: Build and implement deal scoring methodologies and pricing tools that streamline decisions and drive consistency across regions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Regional Leadership Business Lines Finance Legal and Commercial teams to ensure pricing strategies are effective scalable and deliver value.
Insights & Reporting: Deliver actionable insights through detailed analysis reporting and pricing performance reviews to inform leadership strategy.
Drive Improvements: Identify and implement improvements in pricing processes tools and governance frameworks.
What You Bring
High integrity and the ability to balance multiple stakeholder perspectives under pressure.
Degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or a related field.
5 years of experience in pricing deal evaluation or financial analysis ideally within MedTech healthcare or a techdriven industry.
Strong analytical strategic and decisionmaking skills especially when evaluating complex multifaceted deals.
Expertise in financial modeling pricing strategies and understanding of market dynamics.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills with a global crossfunctional mindset.
Proficiency in pricing tools financial systems and Excel; CRM/ERP experience is a plus.
Fluent English: Swedish or additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally 10 20 when needed.
