Job Description

Recruitment Professionals is recruiting for a Solicitor Licensed
Conveyancer or Legal Executive with at least 2 years experience in
residential property law. This fulltime officebased role offers some
flexibility for home working providing a great opportunity to work in a
supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of residential property matters
Handling client communications and legal documentation
Drafting contracts agreements and legal documents related to
property transactions
Providing legal advice and guidance throughout the conveyancing
process
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in residential property law
Excellent communication and client management skills
Ability to manage a caseload efficiently
Experience in residential conveyancing (familiarity with commercial
property is a plus but not required)
