What youll be doing

With continuously evolving and changing markets how does CIBC adapt to deliver on new strategies and services As an Organizational Design Consultant in the Organization Design and Effectiveness team you will help various business groups at and enterprise level navigate through new challenges to continue delivering strong results. You will have the opportunity to conduct best practice research analyze effectiveness metrics come up with innovative structural solutions and propose new roles to deliver on business objectives. Our team is small but mighty and partners with all Strategic Business Units across CIBC to consult and advise on structure and role design & evaluation.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Youll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where youll spend 13 days per week onsite while other days will be remote.
