Position Summary:
The Market Assistant CFO directs market finance activities to align with the organizations mission and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee market finance department activities.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies.
- Provide financial analysis to leadership.
- Collaborate with other departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance (Required)
- Masters degree in Accounting Finance or Business (Preferred)
- CPA License (Preferred)
- 5 years of forprofit hospital experience
- 3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong critical thinking and decisionmaking skills
