Title: Software Engineer 3 Power Platform Developer
Location: Austin TX (Hybrid)

Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Power Platform Developer with over a decade of experience in application and software development. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering enterprise solutions within SaaS/PaaS environments. They should possess extensive expertise in Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps (both Canvas and ModelDriven) Power Automate and Power BI. A solid background in Agile methodologies and experience in automating business processes using Dataverse SharePoint and other enterprise data sources is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Modeldriven) utilizing Dataverse and SharePoint as primary data sources.
- Construct intricate Power Automate Flows including desktop flows and business process automation.
- Design and produce Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to stakeholder requirements.
- Work closely with business and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable lowcode solutions.
- Provide ongoing support enhancements and troubleshooting for Power Platform applications.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Power Platform development practices and governance.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in documentation versioning and deployment.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center.
- Strong abilities in teamwork communication and collaboration.
- Capability to work independently as well as in crossfunctional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
