DutchSpeaking Customer Support Advisor Digital Advertising
Based in Lisbon Portugal
Relocation package available
Languages required: Fluent Dutch & Intermediate English
Fulltime 40 hours/week Rotating shifts with 2 days off

In this role youll support one of the biggest names in tech helping businesses optimize their digital advertising and drive growth through smart friendly guidance.
What youll be doing:

Support SMB clients via phone email and chat with digital advertising and marketing solutions

Offer guidance before and after sales on selfservice ad platforms

Help clients use digital tools effectively and enhance their overall experience

Spot recurring issues and work with internal teams to improve performance

Share customer feedback with the engineering team to inform product enhancements
