Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and professional Security Associate to join our team in Pune India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees visitors and assets.
- Monitor and operate surveillance equipment access control systems and alarm systems
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address potential security risks
- Control access to the facility verifying employee and visitor credentials
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies following established protocols
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on security best practices
- Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and company policies
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid security guard certification as per local regulations in Pune India
- 23 years of experience in security or a related field
- Proficiency in operating security equipment including surveillance systems and access control systems
- Strong knowledge of security protocols emergency response procedures and risk assessment
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in highpressure situations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write clear and concise reports
- Computer literacy and familiarity with security management software
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and patrol large areas
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of local security laws and regulations in Pune India
