HR Senior Communications Manager

Primary Function of Position

Were looking for an innovative and collaborative employee communications authority to serve as a credible executive and functional advisor to our Human Resource team. In this role you will be a strategist planner content creator and project executor as you help your internal HR clients design and deliver strategic communications assisting many of our most important employeefacing corporate initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy functional communications strategies for key Human Resources (HR) senior executives and functional teams.
• Act as communications strategist and advisor for HR senior executives assisting them in the development of their messaging platforms and communications to achieve business and internal communications goals.
• Develop messaging communications and project plans to ensure effective comprehension and adoption among employees of all levels including senior executives. Own all stages of communications development from conception through rigorous .
• Author proofread and edit a variety of written visual and multimedia communications tailored for a wide range of digital and inperson channels including presentations videos email newsletters digital signage intranet sites and more.
• Build and maintain exceptional relationships with internal client partners across the company within and outside of HR.
• Measure success and evolve strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications :

Required Skills and Experience

• 12 years of employee communications work experience.
• Experience leading employee communications for an HR organization.
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
• An aptitude for working with and influencing a variety of internal stakeholders executives and audiences.
• Ability to think strategically plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in fastpaced environments.
• Ability to synthesize complex concepts quickly navigate ambiguity and artfully solve tough problems.
• Exceptional relational skills and a teamplayer attitude.
• Proven advanced PowerPoint skills (graphic design and video editing skills a plus).
• Working knowledge of AP style.
• This role requires working onsite 3 days / week in our Sunnyvale CA office.

Required Education and Training

• Bachelors degree in English Communications Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent combination of education training and experience.
