Job Description
Seeking an independent thinker and a highly communicative individual that is adaptable to change with a strong commitment to process and people management. We are revolutionizing the industry and we are seeking likeminded individuals to expand our footprint.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop project plans with milestones and resource assignments.
- Provide necessary program direction for planning organizing developing and integrating projects across multiple functional areas.
- Assigning schedules supplies and equipment to staff members
- Equipment inventory cycles for all field service vehicles
- An ability to communicate with the traveling public coworkers contractors and inspectors clearly and confidently.
- Traveling to customer sites and evaluating Traffic Control Supervisors and Flaggers
- Helping employees to improve and tracking employee progress
- Maintaining all rules safety standards and responsibilities
- Submitting necessary reports to all stakeholders (senior leadership HR dispatch billing)
- Manage project staff according to the established policies and practices of the organization.
- Responding to all oncall tasks and supporting Traffic Control Supervisors under your supervision.
- Lead project meetings prepare meeting agenda and minutes and follow up on action items.
- Maintain files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
- Evaluate and assess project results and provide recommendations for future improvement.
Qualifications :
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal written and presentation skills)
- Simple Accounting
- Proficiency with technology
- Proven experience in creating and carrying out successful plans and processes to solve complex problems
- Ability to read and understand a traffic control plan
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Ability to obtain ATSSA certification
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Bending stooping climbing lifting up to 75 pounds
Preemployment drug screen
80 in field setting 20 in office setting
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- BS Degree in Construction Management or equivalent education or experience.
- Experience in the relevant industry for example utility construction
- Excellent project management organizational time management and leadership skills
- Good Communication customer service and problem solving skills

The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidates geographic region jobrelated knowledge skills and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or longterm incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to the full range of medical financial and/or other benefits dependent on the level and position offered.
