Job Description

Were seeking a professional dynamic and friendly parttime Receptionist to be the face of our vibrant team. Join us in creating unforgettable first impressions and the silent force that ensures our office runs seamlessly every day!

If you are available for onsite shifts Monday through Friday from 7:00am 12:00pm PST APPLY TODAY!

What Youll Do:

  • Greet all guests with a warm welcome and smile connecting them with the correct personnel upon arrival.
  • Ensure reception area is always presentable and stocked with all necessary materials for daily activities.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support; coordinating front desk activities completing errands or tasks and maintaining cleanliness of all common areas throughout the office.
  • Monitor office inventory and supplies back stocking and replenishing materials such as general office supplies cutlery coffee food and beverages.
  • Receive sort and distribute office mail and courier deliveries to correct personnel coordinating UPS pickup and completing FedEx shipping requests when needed.
  • Maintain visitor list and office security by controlling access and foot traffic to company suites.
  • Answer all incoming calls taking detailed messages and following up with appropriate personnel as required.
  • Reserve clean and sanitize company conference rooms ensuring they are prepped for meetings.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications :

What We Look For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in Communication Business or related field preferred.
  • Prior work experience as a Receptionist Front Office Representative Hostess or similar role strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong professional attitude and appearance.
  • Strong understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Ability to contribute positively as part of a team helping with various tasks as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.


Additional Information :

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you will be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Individual salaries within those ranges takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; knowledge and skill sets; and other business and organizational needs.
