Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.
RecruitNet is hiring staff nurses into a Nursing home located in Co. Kildare Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Keep thorough records and make sure every client in the nursing home has a personalized care plan. According to An Bord Altranais rules and company policy client care plans should be evaluated every month or even more frequently as needed.
- Check on clients on a regular basis and as needed. At the conclusion of each shift make sure that all pertinent staff members receive a clear and succinct handover report.
- Administer prescribed medications and record them in compliance with An Bord Altranais and the companys protocol.
- Maintain the highest level of integrity in all of your interactions with clients financial and personal matters in accordance with the Financial Policy and refrain from abusing the privileged relationship you have with them.
- Make sure the nursing homes security is always maintained.
- Respect all company rules and guidelines within the allotted time frames.
- Make sure every piece of equipment is kept up to date and clean.
- Perform any additional duties that are logically given to you.
Requirements
- Capacity for successful communication at all levels
- Sincere desire to collaborate with the appropriate clientele.
- Current An Bord Altrainis registration.
- Firstlevel nurse and team player
- Expertise or credentials in providing care for the appropriate client type.
- Understanding of HIQA Guidelines
- Prior experience working as a supervisor
