Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and provide personalized recommendations
- Research and book highend accommodations transportation dining and exclusive experiences
- Manage client relationships from initial inquiry through posttrip followup ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Keep uptodate with luxury travel trends emerging destinations and VIP services
- Handle all booking logistics including payment processing itinerary adjustments and travel documentation
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in luxury travel planning or as a travel advisor preferred
- Strong knowledge of luxury destinations exclusive resorts and premium experiences
- Excellent communication skills attention to detail and a clientfirst attitude
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet client expectations
- Proficiency in travel booking software or a willingness to learn
