The Role
An eCommerce Executive who want to start their career in eCommerce working with some of the biggest partners in Football Cricket and Rugby
This role will base around growing a selection of Castore partnership websites by regularly updating the digital platform constantly looking to improve the customer experience and monitoring of key metrics.
Responsibilities
Set up and maintain partner webshops in line with partner requirements and brand guidelines
Manage product uploads and updates on Shopify including imagery descriptions and pricing
Upload and maintain content across Partner standalone Team stores webshops and MicroSites
Oversee the daytoday running of multiple eCommerce storefronts ensuring smooth operation and consistency
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely product launches and seasonal updates
Work closely with merchandising and commercial functions to ensure range availability is maintained
Liaise with external 3rd party vendors to have continuous improvement of our product proposition
Generate and analyse sales reports to track performance and support commercial decisions
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to store functionality or content
Ensure all stores adhere to Castores premium standards in terms of merchandising and user experience
Skills & Qualities
Key Skills:
Experience in eCommerce is ideal but not necessary
MS proficient particularly Excel
Setting up trading campaigns is ideal but not necessary
Basic knowledge of Paid Media SEO and CRM would be advantageous
Personal Qualities:
A selfstarter who is able to manage several projects and work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills
Team Player
Analytical Thinker
Good Communicator
Interest in Sports would be preferable but not essential
An appreciation for sportswear and the Castore brand.
