Your Tasks
- Review and tag videos from a popular social media platform based on set guidelines
- Make quick and accurate decisions about content
- Support users via phone email chat and social media
- Assist merchants with questions about products and services
- Share ideas to improve customer experience
- Collaborate with other teams like Sales and Marketing
What Were Looking For
- Proficiency in German
- English level B2/C1 Youll need to write reports and understand team communication
- Calm under pressure Youre quick confident and comfortable with repetitive work
