Responsibilities
Make100 outbound callsdaily to potential sellers
Manage and respond to incoming leads via phone email and text
Set and confirm appointments for vehicle inspections
Track and update lead information in the CRM
Follow up with missed/canceled appointments and past customers
Provide asmooth professional customer experiencefrom first contact to appointment
Stay up to date with current automotive product knowledge
Collaborate with the team to help hit centerwide performance goals
Qualifications
Call Center experience required(minimum 2 years preferred)
Strong phone presence with the ability to build instant rapport
Confident handling objections and overcoming resistance
Organized and selfdrivencomfortable meeting daily call/appointment goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional friendly and energetic personality
Bilingual Required
