Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to provide inhome care to seniors in Bristol PA 19007. In this role youll support elderly clients with daytoday tasks and help create a safe respectful and nurturing home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing dressing and toileting
Provide light housekeeping meal preparation and medication reminders
Engage clients with companionship and meaningful daily activities
Accurately follow care plans and document all services provided
Ensure client safety and comfort at all times
Qualifications:
Minimum of 23 years of experience working with seniors as a DCW CNA or HHA
Verifiable professional references required
Ability to work 12hour shifts reliably and consistently
Must pass background checks TB test and physical exam
Reliable transportation is a plus
