Job Description

Temporary PartTime AccountingProcessor

Hours are 10:00am to 2:00pm; 23 days a week

Salary $14.56/hr

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual with a strong attention to details to join our team in a part time role.

If you are passionate about accounting we would like to hear from you.

Core Functions

Performs all functions necessary to prepare post verify and record automated and manual payments and transactions related to accounts receivable
Receives and verifies documentation requesting policyholder refunds and payment of invoices and prepares checks as required
Will also provide support to the departmental staff as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of MS Outlook Excel and Word
Excellent verbal communications skills to include a courteous confident demeanor and appropriate use of grammar and vocabulary
