This position requires provider credentialing and payer enrollment as a condition of employment. In addition to our employment application we recommend that you complete a Credentialing Application packet.
Please complete only one credentialing packet. It is not necessary to complete a separate credentialing packet for each position to which you apply.
Please follow the link to complete the credentialing application: complete either the licensed provider credentialing application (TSCA) or the Nonlicensed provider credentialing application as appropriate for the position to which you have applied.

To provide appropriate and impartial assessments and endorsements with written documentation that determine current functioning and eligibility of individuals seeking Intellectual Developmental Disorders (IDD) services at MHMR in accordance with agency policies operating procedures and applicable state and federal statutes and regulations.

Minimum Education: Doctorate PhD /PsyD in Psychology
Experience: Two 2 years in Intellectual and developmental disabilities
License/Certifications: Licensed psychologist by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists
