ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a great opportunity for an NDIS Disability Support Worker to join our Coffs Harbour NDIS team on a casual basis across the Mid North Coast region of NSW. Please note CASPA requires availability for overnight and daytimes shifts for this role.
NDIS Disability Support Workers are responsible for implementing scheduled NDIS supports aimed at maximising the independent living social and recreational skills and capacity of people with disability. We are looking for people experienced passionate and knowledgeable about working with people with disabilities and whose values align with ours: Inspiring People to Thrive.

CASPA Services Ltd is a notforprofit organisation providing a range of specialised care services to support complex traumabased needs for children young people families and people living with disabilities.
Our programs include Therapeutic Intensive Residential Care Intensive Family Preservation Therapeutic Foster Care Restoration and other associated care types we are a registered NDIS provider and operate a social enterprise Maintenance and Repairs Business.
Recently we founded our CASPA Foundation to advocate continues support and legal advice through our Lawyers 4 Hope ensuring our young people understand their rights and are heard with empathy and without discrimination.
As a growing and diversifying organisation we have approximately 700employees working in communities across New South Wales Queensland and the Northern Territory.
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Checks and a valid drivers licence are requirements for employment at CASPA. Working with Children checks will be required for frontline roles in direct contact with Young People.
