Sociaxe is currently seeking a detailoriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Dallas TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting updating and managing data across various systems to support daily business operations. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of company records.
Responsibilities
Enter data accurately and efficiently into internal databases and spreadsheets
Verify and update existing data as required
Maintain proper organization and documentation of digital records
Identify and correct errors in data entries
Assist in generating reports and performing routine audits
Work closely with other departments to ensure data consistency
Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry is a plus
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
