We are looking for an Accountant who shares our vision and wants to be part of our growth vision.
You will be called to:
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
- Support the preparation of consolidated financial reports
- Ensure compliance with local GAAP/IFRS standards and company policies
- Oversee and reconcile general ledger accounts to maintain accuracy and completeness
- Prepare schedules and documentation to support external audits
- Ensure adherence to internal controls tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Assist in the implementation or upgrade of accounting systems
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or Accounting
- Up to 5 years of experience in Accounting ideally in a commercial business environment
- Extensive experience with GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Proven expertise in stock costing and inventory accounting and/or extensive knowledge of tax filling preparation and submission following relevant tax legislation
- Proficiency with accounting software solutions and especially with Microsoft D365
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite and expert user of Excel spreadsheets
- Excellent command of the Greek & English language (both written and spoken)
