Job Description
A client in the real time data solutions space is looking for a Senior IT Network Administrator to join their inoffice team in the heart of Johannesburg North. This role is critical to the business to ensure the correct handling of complex IT issues ensuring network stability and leading IT projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Matric
- CompTIA A and N
- MCSA OR CCNA
- CCNP or Juniper Network certifications
- ITIL Certified
- Zabbix Certified
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years experience in IT support network administration and systems troubleshooting
- 2nd line IT support
- Network optimization experience
- TCP/IP LAN WAN VLAN VPN DNS DHCP and firewall management
KPAs:
- System and server management
- Remote support
- Troubleshooting
- Network administration and security
- Wireless networking
- Onsite support for hardware software and network issues
- Deployment and customer site support
- Troubleshoot Windows
- Maintain IT infrastructure
