AN EXCITING CHANCE TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM FOR THE WINTER SEASON
We are looking for our next Chef de rang to rock the floor at the B ! Restaurant
As a B! Captain you are more than comfortable with teamwork. You will supervise the waiters / waitresses to make sure the service runs smoothly and guests expectations are exceeded and providing them a wow experience.
As a rock star Captain you will be responsible for rocking your section taking orders and serving Beverage & Food items to customers in a friendly enthusiastic professional and timely manner using suggestive selling techniques.
Control guest checks and secure proper payment.
Ensure station and table setups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Venue Supervisor/Manager.
You will be responsible for ensuring proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.
PROFILE
You have a prior experience in a 5* hotel
Fluent in French and English
You should be highly motivated
BAC PRO//CFC// BTS Catering or 2 years in a similar position
You are highly motivated
Real interest in the worlds of taste sound body scene and stance
You have great attention to detail and are passionate about delivering a memorable customer experience
Position to be filled for the winter season from December 2025 to March 2026
