Pearle Vision Seeking an enthusiastic associateto work at our fast paced customer servicecentered location. Must be organized selfmotivated energetic excellent communication skills and possess good attention to detail
- Positive interactions with patients
- Greet patients immediately and with enthusiasm
- Answer phonesusing appropriate script
- Schedule & confirm appointments
- Check insurance benefits
- Guide patients to appropriate areas
- Enter information in POS system
- Assist patients with eyewear adjustments
- Assist patients with eyewear selection
- Eyewear sales
