Where will you work

Lely has around 2300 certified technicians working worldwide. The Technical Service Support (TSS) department targets this group. By offering training documentation tools and 24/7 support we help them. With our support they can excel in their work and keep Lely products running continuously. TSS also forms the bridge between field feedback and promoting the continuous development of our Lely products.

Business team Milking

Lely has very innovative solutions for dairy farmers such as the milking robot automatic feeding systems and technical aids for animal health. Our team is responsible for the solutions within the business team Milking. This means that we spend most of our time on our milking robot the Astronaut.

Your role:

Contributing to a bright future in farming is only possible with the right support. The team you will be working with is responsible for training documentation and communication for our end users: the 2300 technicians who work for Lely worldwide. The goal of your team is to make the right information available at the right time so that the technicians can work independently and deliver highquality service to our farmers. You create this content and work closely with colleagues within and outside the team.

Tasks:

• You create Englishlanguage content for our troubleshooting app newsletter and other communications and occasionally support the creation of training materials.
• You review technical information from a communication perspective and ensure that the message is understandable for the recipient uses the correct format and fits within the content management strategy.
• You review feedback from the field and the organization and ensure that it is processed in our service content in a timely and accurate manner.
• You support training sessions held at the campus where you have direct contact with the technicians.

Qualifications :

You are a proactive and resultoriented content developer who enjoys converting the knowledge of technical specialists into material that perfectly meets the needs of our technicians. You dislike spelling mistakes and know how to create structure and unity in our diverse communication platforms.

• Higher secondary education degree.
• Technical affinity
• Linguistically strong.
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills (other languages are welcome).
• Resultoriented: you work in a structured way and can meet deadlines with the right results.
