We are looking for candidates wanting to pursue a career in information security to join us on our 2year graduate development pathway.
As a Junior Information Security Analyst you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organisations digital assets and ensuring the integrity confidentiality and availability of sensitive information. You will work closely with the Global Information Security team and our Regional IT Teams to assist in identifying assessing and mitigating security risks across the organisation. This role offers an opportunity for professional growth and development in the dynamic field of cybersecurity.
The Graduate Pathway
Our European Graduate Development Pathway is a 2year plan designed to kickstart your career in your chosen field. You will join the Company as part of a cohort of Graduates in different parts of the European Head Office team where you will have the opportunity to develop yourself and your skills giving you plenty of chances to grow and really make your mark.
This exciting twoyear program includes integration development and project work. Year one focuses on getting comfortable in the role with a mentor to guide you and development opportunities alongside other Graduates within the business. Year two involves a Graduate cohort business project to own and run as well as the potential opportunity for secondments. This pathway may evolve during the program.
Qualifications :
What we are looking for:
Bachelors degree in Information Security Computer Science or related field.
Second European Language (desirable)
Able to travel to our Head Office in Crawley UK on a semiregular basis
Applicants based within commuting distance of any of Europe Regional office locations will be considered

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong understanding of fundamental cybersecurity principles and concepts.
Basic knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
Proficiency in using security tools and technologies.
Able to work productively in flexible / remote environments
