Join our team as a Wireless Sales Associate and be an integral part of our dynamic sales environment! In this role you will focus on delivering topnotch customer service assisting customers with their wireless needs and driving sales for our telecommunication and home entertainment products.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Maintain store appearance and ensure products are wellstocked and properly displayed.
- Stay informed about the latest product information and features.
- Accurately describe product benefits and features to customers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Reliable transportation required for onsite work.

- High School diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
- Motivated and goaloriented with a competitive spirit.
- Team player with a positive attitude and high level of integrity.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
