Job Description

Description

The laboratory of Dr. Kim is seeking a highly motivated Special Project Associate II to join our Radiation Oncology team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree in Biology Cancer Biology or related field. Expectations include carrying out lab procedures experiments and to perform data analysis. Examples include but are not limited to cell culture PCR western blotting. Microscopy flow cytometry and etc. Candidate must also be willing to work with rodent animal models for managing colonies husbandry and genotyping. Prior animal handling experience is preferred.

Our research lab focuses on understanding epigenetic regulation T cell functions in cancer and the clinical evidence for carbon ion therapy.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree required. Bachelors degree in Biology Cancer Biology or related field preferred. Experience required in lab project or research work in an educational or work setting. Candidate must have a solid understanding of lab techniques equipment and safety.
