Job Description

Was Sie bei uns erwartet:

Drehbearbeitung von Triebwerkscheiben aus Titan und Nickelbasislegierungen
Bedienung von Drehmaschinen mit Siemens 840DSteuerung
Umbau der Maschinen auf andere Artikel. (Spannmittel auf und abbauen nach Rstplan Werkzeugvorbereitung Nullpunkt einstellen Programm einlesen und einfahren)
Anpassung der Drehparameter und Strategie bei Prozessabweichungen
Dokumentation der Bearbeitung entsprechend Vorgaben.
Wartung der Maschinen

Qualifications :

Was Sie idealerweise mitbringen:

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker
Kenntnisse ber CNCBearbeitungsmaschinen und werkzeuge
Programmiergrundkenntnisse
Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (insbesondere Vollkonti 6/4 Modell)
