Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Front End Lead with extensive experience in building highperformance mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong frontend development background expertise in React Native and a deep understanding of modern UI/UX principles. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust scalable and userfriendly applications while ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain highquality mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android.
- Collaborate with product managers designers and backend developers to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
- Write clean maintainable and efficient code while following best practices in mobile development.
- Optimize application performance ensuring smooth animations efficient state management and fast loading times.
- Work on frontend architecture implementing reusable components and scalable solutions.
- Integrate thirdparty libraries APIs and services to enhance app functionality.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues providing robust solutions for complex problems.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in React Native JavaScript and mobile app development to implement innovative solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior developers conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in frontend development with at least 3 years in React Native.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 TypeScript and React Native framework.
- Deep understanding of frontend development including CSSinJS componentbased architecture and responsive design.
- Experience with Redux Context API or other state management libraries.
- Handson experience with RESTful APIs GraphQL and thirdparty integrations.
- Knowledge of mobile performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with native modules and bridging in React Native (ObjectiveC/Swift for iOS Java/Kotlin for Android is a plus).
- Experience with CI/CD testing frameworks (Jest React Native Testing Library) and debugging tools.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in an agile development environment.
