Job Description

This is a remote position.

This request seeks experienced GIS resources to develop implement and maintain a robust Enterprise GIS system for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LaDOTD). Resources will design and build GISbased solutions for data extraction translation collection analysis visualization and reporting. This includes creating interactive dashboards and web mapping applications. Resources will deliver welldocumented efficient and sustainable GIS solutions. Knowledge transfer through training and documentation is essential.

Requirements

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are MANDATORY :

ESRIs Suite of Desktop and Enterprise Software

Usage and development of Desktop software (ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro)
Deployment and implementation of ESRIs Enterprise for ArcGIS platform

Configuration and development of web applications
Publishing of web services

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory :

Development and implementation of ESRIs Roads and Highways Linear Referencing System
Leveraging Safe Software s FME Enterprise subscription

FME Form for workflow process development
FME Flow for automation of workflows

Deployment of VertiGIS Studio for enhancement of ESRIs Enterprise for ArcGIS platform
Knowledge and expertise with Transportation Business Systems

Vector and raster datasets

Linear Referencing Methods and Systems
Pavement Management System
Traffic Monitoring System
Construction Management System
Asset Management System
Project Systems
Others

The primary work location will be : Remote available for onsite meetings when required.

Expected term for this engagement :

Start : 07/01/2025

End : 06/30/2029
