Job Description

DSP/ Direct Support Professional PRN

Park Place & Sycamore Run (LaGrange & New Castle KY)

$17.00/hour

Minimum 3 shifts per month once orientation and training is complete. Requires at least 5 full days during first shift to complete the required training.

Job Skills/Requirements
The DSP provides general and specialized care and support to each resident. The care and support include activities of daily living productive activities and leisure activities. The DSP will provide active treatment safety and supervision to all residents of Park Place while promoting inclusion in the community. The DSP will facilitate the residents independence and choice in both their home and the community.

Please note that Cedar Lake Lodge Park Place and Sycamore Run are Intermediate Care Facilities placing us under the CMS Omnibus COVID19 Health Care Staff Vaccination Interim Rule. Under this rule employees must be vaccinated or have an approved medical or religious exemption prior to employment.

Normal Working Conditions
