Job Title: F&B Service Hostess
Location: Machan Resorts LLP Lonavala
Job Type: FullTime
Job Summary: The F&B Service Hostess is the first point of contact for guests in our dining area ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will have a friendly personality excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting & Seating Guests:
- Welcome guests with a warm friendly demeanor.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to maximize efficiency.
Guest Interaction:
- Provide information about the menu daily specials and resort offerings.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Coordination & Communication:
- Communicate guest needs and special requests to the service staff.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest preferences.
- Assist with billing and payment processes when required.
Cleanliness & Presentation:
- Ensure the reception and dining areas are clean organized and presentable.
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a hostess or in a customerfacing role preferably in hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in handling reservations and POS systems.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- A pleasant and professional appearance and demeanor.
