Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA
Client: We are looking for a qualified COTA at our Outpatient Physical Therapy office in Tyler TX who wants to make a difference in their community and is eager for a change of pace more worklife balance and an opportunity to grow!
Position: Our Client is searching for a qualified physical therapist. They are offering the following compensation and benefits:
- $40 to $50 Per Hour
- Pay Per Visit For Peds
- $80 Evaluation $55 Revaluation $35 Visit
- Dental Vision Life Insurance STD and LTD PET Insurance
- 401K With 3 Match
- Unlimited CEU
- 3 Weeks PTO
- 6 Paid Holidays
Job Responsibilities
- Full Time Monday Through Friday
- EMR System Raintree
- 100 Outpatient
- 10 12 Patients Per Day
Requirements
- New Grads Welcome
- Clear and Active License
