As Controller you ll lead the strategic and operational financial functions that power our growing organization helping ensure every number supports the bigger picture.
The Controller is a handson strategic leader who partners with our executive team to deliver datadriven financial insights enhance profitability and scale operational performance. This role blends deep technical accounting expertise with forwardthinking leadership and offers the opportunity to shape the financial future of a multientity servicedriven company.
Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger payroll and monthly close processes.
Ensure adherence to GAAP and accuracy in revenue recognition including ASC 606.
Lead budgeting forecasting and variance analysis to support proactive financial decisionmaking.
Provide executivelevel insights on performance trends and growth opportunities.
Manage cash flow forecasting working capital and capital allocation strategies.
Design and manage financial models KPIs and dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Implement and maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit standards.
Serve as a business partner to leadership by interpreting financial data and aligning goals with broader company objectives.
Identify and implement opportunities for automation process optimization and financial system improvements.
Lead the finance and accounting team fostering a collaborative and accountable environment.
Support M&A activities new service rollouts and multientity operations.
Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred; MBA a plus).
10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting with a background in both public and private sectors.
Deep experience in GAAP revenue recognition multientity reporting and strategic financial leadership.
Proven ability to work crossfunctionally with sales operations and customer success teams.
Experience in property management professional services or financial services preferred.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills paired with excellent communication and executive presentation abilities.
Growth mindset and passion for building scalable sustainable systems.
Fulltime 40 hours per week (Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM).
Minimal safety hazards; general office setting.
