Kinetic IT is in the cusp of their growth with our new customers and major projects and transformations with existing customers. We are looking for a peoplefocused team leader to be part of this journey!

About the Opportunity

As a Service Desk Team Leader you will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to oversee a skilled team responsible for delivering IT services to our valued customers. Your key responsibilities include offering support for escalations cultivating a culture of highperformance customer service and actively participating in team mentoring and knowledge enhancement.

Your experience working with technical teams will mean you are comfortable taking part in team daytoday outcomes to support your local team with confidence and keen on taking a career path into leadership further.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Team & Workload Management Monitor and delegate tasks ensuring operational service levels are met. Provide support to manage workload and resourcing including leave coordination.
  • Quality & Escalation Management Act as a quality assurance point provide guidance to the team and handle escalations to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with other teams vendors and stakeholders to support service delivery and project activities.
  • Compliance & Best Practices Uphold company policies security health & safety standards and ensure adherence to client requirements.
  • Operational & Project Support Assist the Operations Manager in scheduling afterhours work coordinating resources for projects reviewing change records and managing major incidents

This role requires strong leadership problemsolving and communication skills to drive service excellence and team performance.
