As a part of our Professional Services team youll be instrumental in delivering tailored solutions that empower healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.
What Youll Be Doing:
Implementing and supporting technical customer solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing IT environments.
Providing Level 2 support (onsite and remote) across the product lifecycle to resolve technical challenges.
Managing your project tasks to ensure timely delivery and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
Creating and maintaining highquality documentation for traceability and longterm serviceability of deployed systems.
Conducting onsite installation and system health checks.

About You
You hold a tertiary qualification in System Engineering Application Engineering or a related discipline with proven experience in a Systems Engineering or equivalent technical role. Familiarity with Ascom solutions is a plusbut if youre a fast learner and a tech problemsolver wed love to hear from you.
Additionally you will also be able to:
- Travel within the ANZ region.
- Hold a valid drivers license as this position comes with a company car.
- Enjoy and excel at conducting onsite installations and comfortable in using tools as part of your role.
